Once you have confirmed your order after we have been in touch with you, you cannot cancel your order.
We’re quick at packing your order which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve confirmed it with a member of our team. This includes changing the delivery address.
No. We are not accepting any returns, but you can exchange items you’ve bought.
Our prices are always subject to change due to the fast-moving nature of our business in response to fashion trends, stock, and demand from customers. In this case, your item will be exchanged at the marked down price.
DELIVERY ISSUES
It can take up to five business days for your order to be delivered, though we will try our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. Please allow the proposed length of time for your parcels to reach you.
For your security, we can’t change the address your order is being sent to once you have confirmed your order with a member of our team.
We do not currently have the facility to inform you when a specific item is back in stock. However, we do tend to re-stock quite often so do check back!
